Legends Soccer School

About LSS

Legends Soccer School (LSS) is a proudly South African school based in Cape Town, with branches on the Atlantic Seaboard (Camps Bay) and the CBD (Tamboerskloof). The school welcomes boys and girls of all abilities, and has a strong focus on grassroots technical skills and development.

From humble beginnings in 2011, LSS started with 5 participants run by Head Coach Anees Abbas, following his passion to develop tomorrow’s footballing heroes. A football player in his day, Anees felt that he did not fulfil his potential and now intended to each the basics skills of the beautiful game at grassroots level. Today, LSS has over 150 participants – a perfect reflection of South Africa’s rainbow nation as the program caters for both the privileged and underprivileged.

With a vision to be a local leader in grassroots football development, the Dubai International Super Cup 2016 triumph by the U10A LSS team has created a firm foundation for the LSS to now establish links and partnerships with world renowned soccer schools to enabke LSS to achieve its ultimate goal – “Where Future Legends Find Their Path”.
